ESTES RIVER RETREAT is a newly built luxury vacation home in Estes Park, Colorado. Privately owned and
operated for 6 years with a wellness spa on grounds. The home sleeps 6 very comfortably (7 for an extra charge)
Estes River Retreat vacation home is located thirty feet away from the Big Thompson River for your private river
enjoyment.
Our River Retreat is located three city blocks from downtown -- a blend of woodsy surroundings with close
access to "civilization."  The main road, directly across the river, will take you on a two-minute drive to Rocky
Mountain National Park, shopping, theatres, grocery store, bakery, and galleries.  Many activities are also just a

Reside amongst unspoiled pristine landscapes, breathtaking mountain glaciers, and magnificent waterfalls.  
Much wildlife awaits you and your camera.  End your day with a memorable sunset view over Long's Peak
and Flat Top Mountain.

2000, it is beautifully
furnished with an open,
spacious 1,800 square
foot floor plan, created
with vaulted ceilings, sky
lights, large custom river
view windows, and
concrete in-floor heat.
The vacation home is
completely separate
from the spa yet under
one roof
Estes River Retreat is kept impeccably clean.  We travel ourselves and appreciate the importance of good
service and high quality.  A comprehensive folder of ideas of what to do, where to go, events, local digs,
and favorite places will be left on the living room table.  We are always available for questions, as we know
and love this small mountain town.

In order to make your stay an enjoyable one, we
provide most everything you left at home, and a
few extras to spoil you.  For our Estes River
Retreat quiet time, we offer a variety of books to
choose from, or play relaxing music on the stereo
from our special CD collection.  Or try our
favorite: rest on our whimsical stick furniture
outside under the trees next to the Big
Thompson River, while listening to the natural
surroundings, wildlife, and magnificent singing
birds.  Hear Elks bugle and coyotes howl.  The
music of rushing waters from our wild mountain
stream will make you feel far from home and on
your well deserved mountain adventure.
Or simply stroll downstairs and right outside your
door lies our most wonderful spa. Treat yourself
to some well deserved bodywork and relaxation

Spa, ELEMENTS OF TOUCH, serving
