| Spa Booking & Cancellation Policy Begin your spa experience by arriving 10-15 min ahead of your schedualed appointment- honor yourself by not rushing here in order to relax. Enjoy our hot teas and snacks or begin some mindfull breathing by sitting by our river. We do allow a 10 minute window for late comers however, please be aware most days at the spa treatments are booked back to back and your timing is very important for us so we may stay on time and give you your fully scheduled time. If you do arrive more then 10 minutes late there is a good chance that your treatment will be cut short and you will be billed in full, unless time allows for us to extend your service. We are right in the downtown area however off the main road and in a cellular dead zone ( half of downtown is cellualr dead zone) We recommend getting instructions before you arrive or printing out our MAP Any changes to spa services should be called in ahead of time so that we may prepare our products and be sure that we have enough time to preform those services. Please be aware when you call for an appointment you will be asked to reserve it with a credit card . We accept Visa American Express,Mastercard and Discover We have a firm 24 hour cancellation policy, anything less then that or no shows are charged 50% of each service to pay for the therapists time.
