The space

We understand the recent coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) brings uncertainty to travel, so we wanted to reach out to reassure you that we are taking all necessary precautions to keep you safe in our home/spa. Your health and enjoyment are our main concern, so as usual, our cleaning crew is diligently cleaning and sanitizing everything in the home, including often-touched surfaces like lightswitches, remotes, and faucets. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

Privately owned vacation home situated separately yet under the same roof as a small boutique wellness spa . Enter through the main level to find a second family room with TV cable/DVD player and a pull out sofa- a full bedroom with private patio overlooking the river is also on the main level. Up a flight of stairs is the main living area with large living room dining room kitchen, deck ,2 bedrooms and a full bathroom- newly remodeled and fabulous-NEW Top of the line King size Temperpedic bed and NEW Queen Sealy posturepedic bed in the second bedroom for an amazing night sleep!

We have been in Estes for 30 years- The home is spacious with 1800 sq feet of living space- High vaulted ceilings, artwork, free wifi, the wellness spa downstairs where you can come down and enjoy a soulful massage, facial, or rejuvenating body treatment to a full Ayurvedic retreat

Cancellation Policy

50% deposit when booking -remainder is paid 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your confirmed reservation before 30 days full refund less $50 processing fee. If you cancel your reservation inside those 30 days  you will forfeit your 50%  rent payment. 

If the unit is re-rented for all dates previously booked by you, for the rack rate  money prepaid will be 100% refunded less 50$ fee. Any cancel 72 hours prior to arrival is forfeited 100%

Refunds will be returned with in 30 days by check mailed to your address.
