Cancellation Policy

50% deposit when booking -remainder is paid 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your confirmed reservation before 30 days full refund less $50 processing fee. If you cancel your reservation inside those 30 days  you will forfeit your 50%  rent payment. 

If the unit is re-rented for all dates previously booked by you, for the rack rate  money prepaid will be 100% refunded less 50$ fee. Any cancel 72 hours prior to arrival is forfeited 100%

Refunds will be returned with in 30 days by check mailed to your address.
