I highly recommend a day or half day at this spa.I Got a dermaplane/facial, scalp massage, foot scrub and 90 minute full body massage.I Especially enjoyed the hot tea and infused water options with snacks.Each minor detail was offered with bath robes, blankets, refills on tea and making sure the temp of your water was just right. This place doesn’t skip a beat on details and amenities.I had my massage with the owner and she released trigger points and tight fascia that I feel I’ve been carrying with me for the last ten years. After my massage she went over every detail of my treatment and how I can further improve my body wellness at home. I feel like 20 years of tightness and heaviness was lifted from my body.This was an excellent experience and very relaxing. My Wife and I had the BFF massage with Jenifer and Meredith. These ladies were very professional and knowledgeable... about their field. Meridith found every knot in my back, neck and shoulders and worked them out. loved this place!! the environment was wonderful and calm, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I came with... my mom and I was suffering from pretty bad allergies. They accommodated very well for my stuffy nose and had me use the table on an incline, and had essential oils that cleared up my sinuses! The staff were very kind and understanding when I said I was nervous about the treatment as it was my first time ever having any sort of spa experience.The treatments we got were a collagen eye mask, a hair and scalp treatment, a foot scrub and wrap, and a full body hot stone massage. Each of those were so wonderful and made me feel so nice, I even fell asleep during it!If you're looking for a smaller, calm spa experience, definitely come here! This was, hands-down (see what I did there?), the BEST spa experience I have ever had. We were treated like the most... important people in the world from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. A pair of soft robes, a tray of nibbles and glasses of sparkling fruit juice (more adult beverages available for those in that mood) waited for us. Foot soak, hand scrub with paraffin, foot scrub with mask, hot stone massage, scalp rub, then a full-body massage. I could have melted into the table! The views from the room of the river and the bespoke artwork on the riverbank invite conversation and reflection. The atmosphere was perfect, warm and inviting, the smell of lavender and lotions in the air. Voices and music were low, as were the lights. Basically I got a face wash, blasting steam in my face and a few hot towels wrapped around my face. This was such a relaxing spa experience for my boyfriend and I after some intense rock climbing adventures in RMNP. I... received a Triple Detox treatment, and this included a very carefully practiced abdominal massage (Chi Nei Tsang). My boyfriend received the Heavenly Hands treatment which was perfect for soothing and restoring some of the scarring on his hands/fingers. From the second we walked into the building, the charismatic team did not disappoint. We were automatically relaxed and ready for our "my bff" package. This was the best 90 minutes I could have ever asked for!! Both me and my boyfriend were in absolute heaven, we could barely get off the table at the end. Not super thrilled with how everything happened. Upon arriving in Estes, I booked a massage for my wife and I two days... in advance. The night prior to the massage (8pm) I received a text saying that they would not be able to accommodate us because they didn't have the staff to do the couple's massage. They told us that they just talked to the owner of another massage company in town that had availability and would put us down. I called the other company immediately when open the next day and they said they were full and couldn't accommodate us and were completely full. Being our anniversary, we weren't super happy with how it played out. We felt like we were completely blown off.read more
